The Following has been received from Vaccinations UK regarding the HPV vaccination programme that will be held at the Academy on September 30th 2022 for your child in September 2022. (They will be in Academic yr8)

Please take time to read the attached advisory document, providing information relating to the vaccine. Please then complete the online form either giving or declining consent, by 30th August 2022
