Careers Education is an important part of Work Related Learning.

1. SELF DEVELOPMENT Understanding yourself.
2. CAREERS EXPLORATION Investigating your opportunities in Learning and Pathways to Work.
3. CAREER MANAGEMENT Making, reviewing and changing your plans.

Year 12 Work Experience Week - Mon 13th - Thurs 16th July 2020

Years 12 students are going out on four days of work experience in July. Could you host a student for work experience either this year or in the future? Stuart Parker, the Academy’s Enterprise Advisor (also of In-Comm Training), came to visit the Academy to talk to Year 12 and 13 students about Apprenticeships in Business and Engineering as an alternative option to university. The students found the session very useful. Stuart will be working with more of our students in the future.
