Parent Consultation Evenings
The Academy hosts parents' evening consultations throughout the year for you to have the opportunity to meet your child’s teachers and reflect on progress since September.
All Parent Consultation appointments will be face-to-face at the Academy and you will need to book separate appointments with each of your child’s teachers via Arbor. Each face-to-face appointment will be 5 minutes, with a limited amount of appointments within the timeframe of the evening. If you have not booked, we cannot guarantee that you can meet your child’s teachers. A letter will be shared with you via Arbor and/or the Academy website on the Letters Home page to inform you of the date and times available for your child's year group. These dates are also posted on the Academy Calendar at the beginning of the school year.

If you have not yet downloaded the Arbor app on your smartphone, or linked to the Parental Portal, it is essential that you do so- as only through Arbor can you view your child's progress, reports and information held by the Academy.
Follow the instruction to click here to book time slots and you will be directed to a list of your child's subject teacher to click in and book appointments with.

If you are unable to book for a specific teacher, it is likely that all the appointments have been booked for that member of staff. due to some teachers having multiple classes. As a result of this, Appointment bookings are on a first come first serve basis.
On arrival, please enter via the West End Gates (old car park). Parking is available in the car park or on the Academy yard. The event will be held in the CBB; please sign in with a member of the Team on the ground floor.
